Prepared and finalized a detailed technical report on dismantling and assembling of all recorded turbine readings, ensured by finite quality analysis department and submitted to turbine maintenance department.

NTPC ANTA, Rajasthan.• Coordinated the inspection and maintenance of gas turbines as Engineer In-Charge during night shifts and successfully executed comprehensive overhauling work plans.• Grinded a whole set of 108 newly installed blades in stage 1 of rotor in a single shift to achieve radial clearance (rotor blades to turbine blade ring carrier) as per design.• Servicing of guide blade carrier tiles, bleed off valve (compressor side), diffuser, welding and locking of hot gas casing.• Ensuring high-quality outcomes and maintaining a perfect safety record with zero accidents.
