Working on P1/P2/P3 service assurance tickets, providing service assurance to the clients, identifying network issues related to wan1, wan2 down, multi vendor firewalls, multi vendor switches, multi vendor APs, multi vendor modems. Also providing network troubleshooting related to their issues.• Working on wireless devices also like Cradle points, multi vendor APs, feeney devices etc.•Monitoring alerts and warnings of network sites using Zabbix monitoring tool.•Worked on lot of tools like Meraki portal, Mist, Zabbix, Cradlepoint, OVRC (watt box), Net Cloud, NAP, ECM (for escalting dispatches) and other tools.•Creating CNS/Pharos/depot/ISP orders for faulty equipments and sending techs to investigate and replace the equipments at the sites.•Performed troubleshooting on Cisco Meraki ,Aruba switches and Fortinet, Feeney device.*Meraki Firewalls like MX67C ( 5 port device), MX64, MX600, cisco ASR1000, these all are cellular integrated.• Also worked on Meraki switches, APs, aruba switches, wireless technology like Cradle points, APs etc.*Fortinet or Fortigate like  Fortinet FE 40D, Fortinet FG 60E,  Fortinet FG 81E POE, etc.* Cradle point (uses sim of various providers like verizon, At&t, T-mobile etc and works on cellular technology, we are using it for wan 2 or back up internet equipment for sites when wan1 fails).*Router like AER 1650 etc.*Modem of various providers like comcast, spectrum, AT&T, Cable vision, cable one, T-mobile, Sudden link, Media com, COX communications, Century link etc (modem models using Net gear, Hitron, Arris, Sercom, comcast business, etc).•Provided network support services for devices such as different vendor Modems, routers, different vendor Firewalls and other hardware.•Collaborated with vendors to identify best options for optimizing network performance.•Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.•Monitored network capacity and performance to diagnose and resolve complex network problems.
