As a Civil Engineer at IB Trading and Contracting (IBTC), I coordinate, oversee, and execute various structural and finishing works for residential and commercial projects. I have a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.I have contributed to the successful completion of a large contract for a residential complex, where I uphold the responsibilities to perform the task in accordance with contract document, specifications and IFC drawing. Prepare RFI, WIR, Prepare/Review Shop drawing. Check reinforcements, monitor material quality as per approved standards. I focus on improving the efficiency of work through constantly advising and boosting morale of workers and foreman to stay motivated and be keen at work. I also keep track of project cost and focus on principles of Project Control to mitigate any unprecedented situation. I perform all project communication with different stakeholders.
