My advisor told me I had to get my grades up or get kicked out of college. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and despite spending hours studying, I couldn’t focus, remember anything on exams, and was a chronic procrastinator. To make matters worse, I was living on junk food, barely sleeping, and was in the worst mental and physical shape of my life.But after realizing that high school never taught me effective learning strategies, I built my own study system.
