As part of a joint venture with a construction company (Priyadarshini Shelters), worked on a residential projects in Alwarpet. Supervised daily activities and ensured Quality Control compliance as per architectural and engineering plans. Project was successfully completed as per customer’s requirements.

Caresoft is part of the multi-billion-dollar Sakthi Group of companies. Headquartered in Illinois, USA, the company outsources its engineering business to its counterpart in India. As part of the core finance team, identified system weaknesses and developed efficiencies to improve revenue generation.Responsibilities include 1) Monitoring revenue generation for UK, Latin America, Europe, India and Asia Pacific2) Preparing MIS and key financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Funds Flow) on global operations. Assisted the MD in key decision making.3) Integration and Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (RAMCO) into the finance domain. 4) Implementation of Kaizen practices to improve efficiencies in the system thereby increasing bottom line.

Directly assisted various clients for developing new businesses and expansion of current business through effective business development and credit analysis. In the process, carried out a dual role in not only preparing CMA (Credit Monitoring Analysis) to facilitate bankers making effective decisions, but also assisting clients in securing necessary finance. Directly interfaced with clients to effectively understand their products and processes to accurately reflect them in the above reportsFormulated MIS reports across India (which includes 8 branches) for senior management decisions.Responsibilities include1) A holistic understanding of customer’s financial requirements through direct customer contacts, documenting these in predefined templates for further approvals, performed detailed analysis along with relevant stakeholders.2) Analysis of credit worthiness of the company (i.e. Balance Sheets, Financial ratios, Trend Analysis, Cash Flow Statements, Projections and Maximum Permissible Bank Finance)3) Provided solutions to customers through a proactive approach and identifying shortfalls at the customer’s end. Performed Gap analysis to assist banks both at regional and national levels.4) Effectively arranged final disbursement of funds.5) Preparation of reports / charts / power point presentations that both monitor the performance of 8 branches in India and reveals irregularities / bottlenecks in the process for management intervention.

Worked in the Corporate Banking Division (CBD) in Mashreq that offers working capital finance solutions to companies with annual t/o of USD 4 Million to 30 Million and post sales receivable financing to companies with annual turnover upto USD 800 Million. Responsibilities include,1) Preparing credit proposals and obtaining risk management approval (for new and existing customers).Managing client portfolio, structuring products in alignment with business requirements (for new and existing customers).2) Factoring surveys to ascertain the strength and credibility of the company and its debtors. 3) Preparing MIS client reports for top management decision making.4) Liasioning with other departments to expedite customer’s working capital requirements.5) Cross Selling of Current A/c, Cash Management services, Internet Banking and Treasury products.

Worked in Citibank’s back office that monitors, stores and tracks information for all the 24 branches in India. Performed functions relating to MIS, Quality Assurance and Processing of customer instructions in CASA of Citi-Gold Accounts. Created User Manuals for training of staff.
