Can robots replace humans? As a computer science student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, my primary focus is on the exciting field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). With a strong interest in AI, I have dedicated my studies to Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) courses. These courses have provided me with a solid foundation in AI theories, algorithms, and applications.During my academic journey, I have worked on projects related to resume parsing for both my Machine Learning and NLP courses. These projects allowed me to delve into the intricacies of extracting valuable information from resumes using NLP techniques and applying machine learning algorithms for analysis. Through these experiences, I have gained practical skills in data extraction, processing, and prediction, specifically focused on resume data.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have also gained valuable industry experience during my time at Infosys. During my tenure there, I worked on a significant project that involved a technical stack comprising Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, and other server-side services. This experience allowed me to develop proficiency in developing robust and scalable applications, leveraging the power of Spring Boot for efficient deployment. I also acquired Java programming and database management skills with MySQL, enabling me to integrate various server-side services to create comprehensive solutions.Born and raised by two dedicated and influential teachers, I developed a passion for teaching. Alongside my academic and industry engagements, I am actively involved in teaching. I am a Teaching Assistant for the "Introduction to Computer Programming" course and "problem solving with Object Oriented Programming" course, where I assist students in their learning journey, provide guidance, and help with programming concepts. Additionally, I serve as a grader for the "Survey of Computer Science" course, where I evaluate assignments and provide valuable feedback to students. My passion for teaching is evident in my dedication to these roles. I enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting student's growth, and fostering a positive learning environment. As I continue my academic journey and pursue my interests in AI and teaching, I am excited about the opportunities to contribute to both fields. And, Robots are not meant to replace humans but to empower them.
