A diverse versatile experience of production, plant engineering technical projects along with some non- manufacturing domain projects related to procurement and supply chain management. The process fostered in developing multiple networks in Pune as well as in Indore. Learnt the significance of team work in achieving KPIs. The field exposure assisted in enhancing people management skills and learning various technical aspects of a manufacturing facility in terms of energy, manpower, machine, cost effectiveness and maximum productivity in adequate resources. A systematic beautiful plan was fabricated for the strategic trainees to get the wholistic view of the plant working and different domains’ process understanding in brief. The projects were very unique and value adding, which enhanced the overall learning process and the real time plant ground (field projects) really throttled the foundation development process. The projects included:-1. Production- To reduce steel MNG ( scrap %) on belt RB-4 Machine by 10% ( A process carried out at a machine for manufacturing steel cord belt- an imperative crucial child part of radial tyre)2. In Plant Engineering Dept. , the main experience hovered around the centralised spare house automation process of Bridgestone. The SAP software had to be linked with the inventories to develop a smooth smart factory inventory management system. Learnt about various inventory management models, material code creation at MDM and filing PR for facilitating material flow.3. Quality assurance- learnt various quality control tools and its implementation practically at plant level. The process and product domains of quality assurance included- OEM CSR knowledge, IATF clauses, understanding of PPAP, PFMEA, APQP , MSA , ISO-9001:2016 and necessary auditing skills.4. PPC- SMQCT capacity improvement, plant layout optimisation 5. Procurement- Fabricated a strategic live business Model for EPR- incoming and outgoing plastics in BSID.
