Lead Associate - Intelligent Automation
Current• Manage performance metrics and initiatives.• Analyze data to identify process gaps, generate reports, and share insights aimed at improving metrics• Effectively interact with counterparts and stakeholders independently.• Prepare and test functional test cases, demonstrate BOT functionalities, and assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).• Design and implement new automation solutions tailored for the healthcare sector, focusing on both payers and providers• Be part of the Practice to build new offerings and drive growth in automation space• Engage in proposal development and business demand generation efforts.• Conduct opportunity assessments to identify potential Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives and create strategic roadmaps• Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to gather high-level requirements and capture business needs.• Provide innovative suggestions and effective solutions that align with client business objectives to enhance existing processes and design future workflows.• Clearly document and articulate business processes (AS-IS & TO-BE) using UML diagrams.• Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-through to communicate the solution designs and validate proposed solutions with stakeholders• Collaborate with delivery team to provide inputs for the solution estimates including new development efforts, enhancements, and ongoing operations• Providing weekly reports to stakeholders pertaining to new updates and the success ratio of BOTs
