Currently working as a software engineer at Automation Center of Excellence developing RPA automations using UiPath. Implementation of automations to improve business processes, reducing customer service time, reducing operating costs and adding more value to the business. Responsible for developing robots with more than 700 days saveds for financial processes on Oracle EBS and Salesforce platforms. Experience in implementing chatbots for global processes, from identifying the opportunity, mapping, implementation, curation and governance. Development of the technologies using Microsoft Luis, APIs, People Chat in 3 different languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish) using MS Teams and Iframe Web version as channels. Knowledge of industrial automation using technologies such as PLC, Toradex, embedded systems, and drawing tools such as Solid Works for the automation of industrial cells and milling machines. Knowledge also in the development of AGVs for the industrial environment.
