FrieslandCampina decided to close the production plant in Genk (BE) and to integrate the activities in the existing plant in Wolvega. To realise this several production lines were moved, installed and commissioned in Wolvega. To make this possible severe modifications were made on the building and also utilities were upgraded . Coordinating a team of experts on logistics, construction and process to create a plan to optimize and extend the existing production plant in Zwaagdijk. During this process the plan evolved to a greenfield plant in Venlo where all production of fresh vegetables and ready to eat meals are integrated with optimal flow and state of the art logistic automation.

Engineering masterplan for automated casepacking of 8 production lines resulting in the sourcing 1 casepacker for the 1st phase of the masterplan.

Bottleneck analysis of logistic system for receiving, storage and supply of raw materials to the production lines. Goal of the analysis to determine maximum plant capacity based on logistic system.

Hewlett Packard is moving the packaging operation for inkt cartridges from Amersfoort to Germany and the Chech Republic. IJssel Technologie is responsible for the technical update, the disassembly, installation and commissioning of the lines. 3 lines are succesfully commissioned and at the moment we are working on commissioning another 2 lines and the technical update on a line which will be moved in August.
