Responsible for the delivery of strategic and tactical operations for a $200M medical device manufacturer.Reporting to the President, organizational responsibility for Project Management, IT, Customer Service, Distribution, Real Estate, Inventory Control, Assembly & Packaging. Established the product lifecycle management (PLM) policy; delivering multiple New & Sustaining Products: Thoracolumbar, Cervical, Interbody, Biologics; and many Enterprise or IT projects. - New Products. Delivered Batallion interbody system contributing $38M of incremental Revenue to-date- M&A. Early completion of $80M divestiture of International Operations (55 countries)- Compliance. Integrated Scient’x products into the Alphatec QMS (DMR and Tech Files)- Closure. All remaining operations in France maintaining necessary corporate assets- Outsourcing. Implant manufacturing to U.S. and International suppliers (cGMP) delivering 18% lower COGS- Distribution. Outsourcing to UPS expected to reduce field inventory CAPEX in excess of $3M- Real Estate. Campus consolidation vacating 180,000 square feet building and reducing OPEX by $2.5M- EOL. Retirement of 26 product families eliminating $27M of excess and obsolete inventory costs- Customer Service. Initiated customer experience project targeted to reduce $2M of annual inventory write-offs
