In my journey as a Wellbeing Counselor, I have had the opportunity to set up the Inclusion and Wellbeing Department at Al Sadiq School ensuring the processes and practices focused to the holistic wellbeing of the students. My rapport with students, parents and staff has been my key strength. I closely work with students who may require any kind of additional support (emotional, social, personal and academics) through strategic scaffolding techniques that empowers them to become independent problem solvers. Embedding wellbeing as a way of life at Al Sadiq through various wellbeing activities with an in-depth focus on PERMAH is one of my key achievements which is very evident in the wellbeing census data (over time). As a mentor for Student Leadership Council I have a rewarding experience to groom young leaders take ownership towards the wider community and model global citizenship.In my role as a Career Guidance Counselor, I have successfully conducted career guidance sessions and liaison with universities in the UAE and across other countries like US and the UK thus helping students find their suitable career pathways.Below are some of my notable contributions at Al Sadiq: ·
