CurrentAs an HR Executive, I manage a variety of tasks that support the smooth functioning of the human resources department. My responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. I also handle employee relations, address grievances, and assist in the development of HR policies to maintain a positive work environment. Additionally, I oversee the visa process for employees, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. I collaborate with management to support organizational goals, workforce planning, and employee performance evaluations.
