- Conducting Sales for Individual and Enterprise postpaid prepaid sim cards, Data cards and Broadband connections.- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time lines; follow up to ensure resolution.- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.- Checking all documents for KYC as per the pre-defined regulatory guidelines.- Managing all Postpaid & Prepaid activation process for Store.

- Understanding customer requirements and pain areas, and pitching the product accordingly to the needs of customer.- Inventory management on display and warehouse.- Maintain Sales, Lead and Order Reports and update the middle management and CRM tool.
