Application Analyst
CurrentMain Tasks:1. Work with team members in all worldwide locations to provide extended global support hours.2. SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries.3. Meet identified goals concerning client service technology support metrics.4. Follow appropriate procedures for creating, scrubbing, updating, escalating, transitioning, and closing support tickets.5. Monitor assigned open tickets, contact customers, and update tickets.6. Categorize and document tickets to ensure accurate reporting and maintenance of historical data and Track hours worked daily.7. Knowledge of SQL, Networking, and Hardware troubleshooting.
