As the sole Recruiting Coordinator at Cellares, I:- Spearhead full lifecycle recruitment operations, collaborating with five Senior Recruiters to ensure efficient and seamless processes, driving a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers- Orchestrate over 100 interviews monthly for roles across all departments, ranging from in-person to virtual, demonstrating logistical excellence and adaptability to evolving recruitment needs- Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruitment coordinator tracker to optimize pipeline efficiency and meet aggressive hiring goals.- Manage all candidateNDAs and presentations within our ATS, Lever - Streamline and manage a formal process for candidate travel along with managing recruitments expense reports- Develop projects and processes focused on increasing efficiencyAdditionally, I support People Operations by:- Conducting new hire orientation for all new employees- Enrolling new hires in all Cellares internal applications- Initiating background checks with our third-party vendor, Checkr- Support in the management of Cellares HR vendors- Serve as a social committee member for all company wide events

*Impacted by Meta 11/2022 layoffs*- Scheduled and coordinated interviews for leadership candidates, maintaining a 96% candidate experience survey score.- Developed internal processes to increase recruiting efficiency and meet hiring goals, including restructuring interview processes among departments such as Content Design and R4R. - Some notable projects can include but are not limited to: - Batch Day interviews: Implemented a meticulous, step-by-step process for conducting interviews with multiple candidates within specified timeframes, which was crucial for meeting Meta's ambitious hiring goals. - Onsite Sell visits: Established a formal process for arranging travel accommodations for candidates who received offers and were invited to visit Meta's headquarters, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. - Standardization Framework: Developed and implemented a standardized communication process for coordinators within the leadership space, enhancing both internal and external communication efficiency.- Served as a DEI Ambassador to ensure diversity goals were met within recruitment processes.- Acted as an onboarding facilitator and mentor for new hires, receiving high performance ratings from both management and mentees.
