Senior Director - Corporate Security
Senior security executive responsible for enterprise-wide corporate security. Develop, design and implement company-wide policies, procedures and protocols to protect the company's personnel, facilities, products and supply chain. Responsibilities included directing investigations in support of Title 21 of the United States Code pertaining to the Food Drug and Cosmetics Act, the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA), drug diversion and counterfeiting, clandestine manufacturing of unapproved/illicit drugs and incidents involving consumer product tampering. During my tenure I conceived and directed the agency’s largest reverse undercover investigation (Operation Grey Pill) targeting the unlawful diversion of prescription medicines in the Grey Market. The investigation resulted in the arrest of more than 150 subjects and the seizure of in excess of $25 million in fines and asset forfeitures to the US government.
