I'm a well-motivated and energetic product specialist who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.Upon university graduation, I have interned at the Hospital of Jordan for 6 months, during which time, I have performed 100s of tests in several working areas.Afterward, I have volunteered with ASKV, assisting refugees in processing their legal issues, and finding accommodation. During this time, I have interviewed refugees, followed up on their cases, and reported to ASKV accordingly. A few months after joining ASKV, I have also worked as an Immunochemical Analyst with the Academic Medical Hospital, where I have received blood samples, and ran 100s of tests using the LCMS and HPLC machines.I have then joined Livewords as an Arabic Interpreter, where I have been translating for refugees on telephone calls, and shortly afterward, I have been promoted to a Project Manager, taking on larger translation projects and following up on the progress with subject matter translators.Subsequently, I have joined VWR as a Product Specialist, during which time I have answered client inquiries, advised clients on alternative solutions, and worked closely with suppliers on creating custom-made products. I have also maintained strong client and supplier relationships and collaborated with team members on delivering technical training.Today, I am a Sales Manager for the EMEA Region, working collaboratively with team members to achieve targets, and launching new services as per the market trends.
