• Led product and curriculum strategy for +Acumen (now Acumen Academy), an online learning initiative that reaches over 500,000 social change-makers around the world tackling problems of poverty.• Produced over 35 original online courses.• Oversaw team of instructional designers, program managers, graphic designers and videographers producing and operationalizing +Acumen's online courses. • Managed customer support function for a global community of 500k students.• Launched two new products (Master Classes and virtual accelerators) that generated over a million dollars in revenue to support Acumen's nonprofit mission.• Managed Acumen's partnerships with universities, foundations, and corporations including Unilever, IKEA, Rockefeller Foundation, The Omidyar Group, The Open Society Foundation, MAVA Foundation, Harvard University, Santa Clara University and others.• Built courses across a range of online learning platforms including NovoEd, EdX, Udemy, Thinkific, and Teachable.

• Managed online learning programs at Stanford University's School of Medicine used by 50+ anesthesia residency programs internationally including Stanford, Harvard, Yale, the Mayo Clinic and MGH. • Redesigned, marketed and led sales for a Stanford School of Medicine online education program to 50+ medical residency programs nationwide. Oversaw 250% expansion in paid student enrollment.• Led course operations and instructional design for MOOCs and blended learning courses reaching 10,000+ learners globally. Built courses on OpenEdX and Moodle.• Developed courses on human-centered design & health for Stanford's Medicine X Academy.• Served as lab manager coordinating a team of 8 staff including video editors, production assistants, online course designers and content experts.

• Oversaw a multi-year $3 million U.S. Department of State grant to implement Fulbright programs for teachers from over 50 countries. • Managed partnerships and subgrant agreements with fifteen universities to host professional development institutes for teachers.• Managed relationships with U.S. Embassies in 50+ countries to recruit and nominate teachers to serve as Fellows.• Responsible for program budgeting, reporting, and a team of 5 staff.

• Taught English to students in grades 1-5 and participated in public diplomacy efforts in rural Malaysia.
