 Handle our client’s requests regarding spare parts “after sale service”.  Issuing purchasing orders regarding spare parts to our suppliers and effect the payments against their quotation and follow all process until receive the order. Contact with the supplier to get information about the shipment to arrange appropriate mode of transport depending on the nature of the consignment within the time frame and costs which meet the company needs.  Liaise with freight forwarders to get best rates and arrange booking and Ensures freight forwarders are selected based on company objectives for cost and delivery. Reviewing the shipping documents prior to dispatching the shipment to make sure that it comply with A - Saudi customs regulation in respect of matching the name of importer to the commercial registry in all documents and the invoice should be (attested, detailed, and itemized)B – Agreed incoterms and payments terms and other formalities  Checking vessel arrival with the shipping lines and timely preparing any required documents to hand over to the customs broker to expedite process to avoid any detention and demurrage. Receiving the imported goods in our warehouse and make sure that it in sound condition and match with supplier documents, otherwise revert to him to clarifying. Arrange delivering the goods to our client premise.  Verifying and approving the Freight and customs Clearance Invoices in accordance with company's negotiations. Following up settlement of the invoices at their due dates with the accounts department. Maintain filing system of the whole data concerning the consignments.  Maintenance departments is under my supervision (scheduling - receiving client’s claims ….) Daily reporting to CEO
