Working in a business development role for MSC's Enterprise products required the understanding of both business and engineering challenges that some of our largest customers face while developing their products. In this role I helped customers identify process gaps and developed process and data automation methodologies to streamline their engineering processes in order to reduce their time to market. These long term projects involved all aspects of the implementation from performing assessment of their business processes all the way to implementation and training.

My main function was to help teams develop new methods and innovative technical solutions to meet regional revenue goals. Some examples of which are• Developed several automated processes and templates for BE Aerospace with SimXpert. Mostly centered on modeling and report generation.• Bi-Monthly post sales support for GE Aviation on their SimManager implementation. Creating user guides, trouble shooting and product enhancements• Co-Developed Rapid Proof Of Concept for SimManager that significantly reduced the sales cycle• Developed a process automation template to make flexible bodies from rigid bodies within SimXpert that helped reduce analysis time when moving from motion workspace to structural workspace

As an application engineer my primary role was to showcase new technology via demonstrations, presentations and conference papers to new and existing customers that ensured the progression of our sales pipeline. I worked directly with our major automotive customers to sales teams to ensure all the technical requirements were supported.

My Primary goal as a services sales driver for MSC's simulation services was to generate leads for Simulation services and turn them into revenue. I generated services 30% of our automotive services revenue from both Tier1 automotive suppliers and OEM manufactures from new projects and also recurring and add-on projects from ongoing customers engagements.

• Full vehicle NVH analysis for Hyundai Motor Company on the Sonata platform. Performed BIW, Power-train noise and rough road noise analysis, created a user guide on best practices and delivered final presentation to Hyundai’s NVH management team in Korea.• Project was completed on time and under budget thereby beating the target of 30% profitability on services revenue

•Responsible for full vehicle NVH on Ford’s SUV program for NVH analysis•Co-Developed Modal Separation methodology for analyzing exhaust air volume and interior air cavity resonance that was causing boom noise.
