I started working in manufacturing when I was 12, so you can say I’m a manufacturing girl at heart. Today I have two professional loves- manufacturing and workforce development. 25+ years in the industry have taken me from the production floor to Director of HR to Executive Director of Workforce Development. All of this shaped my ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to today’s talent shortages. I believe that the future of manufacturing will be transformative in every way- including our workforce. I work to push the boundaries of who can be successful in manufacturing, whether that is through developing programs for underrepresented groups to gain access to our industry, championing HR teams as they lead people programs, or conversations with executives as we explore strategy and possibility. My strengths are in communications and collaboration, and I use curiosity and great questioning to further my impact.
