About Aaina Sharma
Aaina Sharma is a Founder at Feels Like July. She possess expertise in adobe creative suite, microsoft office, brand development, packaging design, web design and 16 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "I have worked closely with Aaina for 3+ years as a Product Manager at HelloSign. We have collaborated on numerous projects of varying scope and complexity and with every project, Aaina consistently brings passion, a critical eye, and commitment to seeing it through. I attribute the success we've had working together to her creativity, openness and professionalism. Aaina is unique in her ability to balance art with objectiveness and reality. She receives feedback extremely well, is realistic about the time she needs to complete her work, and is not afraid to offer solutions alternative to the ones proposed. Working with her has made me a better Product Manager and I could not recommend Aaina more highly.", "It’s been an absolute privilege working with Aaina for the past 3 years. When she joined, we had a really inconsistent design experience, with a lot of different people having contributed over the years. She came in, helped us build out a consistent brand we could stand by. 3 years later, I look at our brand and still see it as a spot on representation of our identity. On the product front, she highly values the customer and sees design as an enabler for a highly intuitive user experience, versus something of value in of itself. That’s produced a really clean ascetic that’s about helping the user achieve their objectives in the simplest way possible. Outside of design, she’s been an incredible contributor to our culture - whether helping start our internal culture committee meetings, design swag that helps build our internal sense of company identity, design our office and give feedback on what we could do better as a company and culture. It’s been a pleasure working with her and I’m excited to see what she does next!", and "Aaina is one of those ultra-creative designers who can think out of the box by default. I have loved all the options she has presented for my projects. In fact, a couple of times I ended up asking her to finalize the design from all the wonderful options she created. I wish her the very best in all her adventures!"
Listed skills include Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Brand Development, Packaging Design, and 17 others.

Group Product Design Manager, Core Product
Full-Time Parenting
I moved back to San Francisco from London with my family in November '21 and had my second child in March '22. I'll be spending time with my little one for a few more months before jumping into my next full-time role.
Head Of Design
After my first meeting with the co-founders, I instantly fell in love with the company's vision: create a world where mental health is universally understood, nurtured, and celebrated.I joined as their Head of Design back in 2018 to create a brand that spoke to our vision and deliver on a world-class user experience. During my (almost) 4 years at Unmind, I hired a team of Product Designers, visual designers, and user researchers to help us in fulfilling our grand mission.
Founder
Neem was a long-term dream that I decided to start working on in Spring of 2016. The idea was simple, help organizations host company socials centered around Indian drinks like Chai, Mango Lassi, etc. One of the main motivators for me was to minimize the need to always have social events focused around alcohol. Another reason I wanted to introduce Neem to the world was so people could connect over something delicious and unexpected. I worked on Neem for about 18 months and eventually decided it wasn't something I wanted to continue pursuing. These 18 months were tough but also very rewarding in terms of all the learnings that I took away from this experience.
Founding Designer • Head Of Design
I was approached by the founder to help them define a vision for Design at HelloSign (acquired by Dropbox in 2019). I decided to join the team as their founding designer/head of design to oversee the progression of our brand and user experience while building out a strong design team and culture.A few key projects I led on:• A full rebrand• Platform redesign revisiting core functionality conception• Branding and designing the platform for a brand new product offering called HelloWorks under the HelloSign product umbrella• Strategic vision and advocacy for consistency in the brand and user experience
Visual Designer
Zendesk was my proper introduction to the tech world. This is where I started to gain an understanding of how a B2B SaaS business operates. I joined Zendesk when the Design team was still quite small which gave me an opportunity to collaborate with Toke Nygaard, our Chief Creative Officer. Although I joined Zendesk as a Visual Designer, soon after joining I started to get interested in how the Product Design & User Research teams worked to craft a better user experience.
Design Consultant
Led on the discovery phase of a key client project. Ran research sessions, planned and moderated workshops to better understand the problem, and delivered on prototypes to be further tested with users.
