Drive and support building of sustainable young talents pipeline via various programmes i.e Management Trainees Programme, Scholarship Programme, and Structured Internship Programme.• Elevate employer branding through liaising and engaging with relevant stakeholders at universities and talent partners to drive activities and events• Develop talent attraction and retention strategies to promote UMW’s brand to ensure market relevance and competitiveness.• Manage recruitment of young talents including screening and selection, Assessment Centre, interviews and business case pitching session, and offer placement.• Device and curate attractive and beneficial young talent workshops, engagement activities and programmes to support the young talent development journey• Act as a mentor, advisor and coach to ensure the young talents are successful in their early career milestone • Oversee and monitor the progress of the young talent• Managing the operation of the Programme i.e. monitor the performance and managing the budget against the planned activities. • Act as the Secretariat for the UMW Scholarship Council including resolutions of arising issues, meeting regulatory requirements such as documentation of minutes of meetings and other administrative matters, where necessary• Work closely with HR Business partners and to connect the Scholars with new or existing job opportunities within the Group
