ResponsibilitiesSolution Design and Architecture:Develop and oversee the design and architecture of customized solutions.Analyze customer needs and collaborate with sales teams.Design innovative and scalable solutions leveraging Tata Communications' products and services.Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of solutions engineers.Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Ensure effective coordination with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product management).Customer Engagement:Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and requirements.Provide technical expertise and guidance during pre-sales and post-sales processes.Collaborate with the sales team to present and demonstrate technical solutions.Technical Expertise:Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.Maintain a deep understanding of Tata Communications' product portfolio (network services, cloud services, cybersecurity, IoT, etc.).Solution Implementation and Support:Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for successful solution delivery.Provide post-sales support, addressing any technical issues or concerns.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Implement best practices and processes to streamline solution delivery and enhance operational efficiency.

• Managing the IP backbone Network and security operations and L3 support for Customer & network/security related issues. • Member of ISO 27001 and TL9000 implementation teams and member of SAT team. • Conduct Risk analysis in the network and take necessary precautions in a cost effective manner to ensure the redundancy in network. • Part of Pre-sales team and interact with global teams to enable new product and solutions. • Closely work with OEM/partners to cater to enterprise network security solutions. • Prepare SLA for enterprise customers and work with local and international carriers for IP Peering and new interconnections. • Managing the capacity plan in the network while interacting with sales/ solutions and technical teams

Conduct Lectures on- British Computer Society- Information Systems- System Design Methods-Computer networks

• Install, Configure and troubleshoot Windows desktop and server operating systems ( Win 7 / 8.1/ 2003/2008/2012) and other applications (Office 2010 /2013/ Visual Studio, SQL Server ). • Install, Configure and troubleshoot VMWare and Vsphere client • Manage SAN (Netapp storage) • Install , configure and monitor windows Active Directory, DNS , DHCP, File Server , Internet gateway and Anti-Virus guard (Kaspersky). • Analyze the current IT infrastructure based on help desk metrics and recommend upgrades/ changes to improve the existing infrastructure. • Design and implement various network solutions facilitating reliable and efficient organizational environment incorporating best practices which led to increased productivity and security. • Manage IT Assets including Hardware / Software / Licenses. • Responsible for install, manage and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers. • Manage Google Apps e-mail Servers ( Users , Groups , Alias) , company domain registration, webhosting account , DNS hosting and MSDN premium subscription. • Create VPN account in perimeter firewall and setup client PC with necessary parameters in order connect via remote VPN client. ( Fortigate FG200D). • Provide necessary access levels to appropriate users in the systems ( Team Foundation Server , Internet Access, File Server). • Responsible for Maintaining backup and store them in offsite and onsite.
