Developing and maintaining the Squads backlog in line with our quarterly goal, liaising with Technology Domain Leaders on ANZ NWOW best practice, to ensure they are working the right ‘way’ and then to assist developing their squads into High Performing Teams.Creating visibility throughout the organisation to ensure we are working on the most valuable work, it is visible in a meaningful way at all levels of the organisation.Major achievements included:Fostering a ‘High Performing’ squad that was autonomous and self-motivated, leading the transition of 3 ‘Technology Domains’ (Institutional, Security & Data & Analytics approximately 2000 FTE) from their traditional ANZ roles to their New Ways of Working Squads and Tech Area structure, this included, consulting on org design, coaching requirements / frameworks and Training.
