Hello,I am currently employed as a Scientist at Aldevron, where I lead assay development including designing experiments, executing investigation and analyzing data within a given time frame based on external and internal client needs, using analytical instruments adhering to CDMO policies. I hold a Master's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where I gained valuable experience as a research assistant for over a year. I have Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Amity University Rajasthan, India. I had the privilege of interning across diverse sectors in India, including Sun Pharmaceuticals Pt Ltd, Eminent Biosciences, and JNKVV, Jabalpur.Throughout my academic journey and professional endeavors, I have acquired comprehensive proficiency in a wide range of laboratory techniques and instruments, such as TapeStation, Fragment Analyzer, PA800, Biophase 8800, HPLC, speedVac, PCR, repPCR, 16S rRNA, SDS-PAGE, gel docking, western blotting, transformation, transfection, recombinant DNA technology, protein estimation and quantification, DNA isolation, plasmid isolation, tissue and cell culture, immunofluorescence, blood processing, hemocytometer, protein purification, and statistical analysis including ANOVA.
