Aakash Prasad has been in practice in Lucknow Since 2009 and has practiced mainly in the corporate-commercial side with focus on litigation and arbitration in both the State and Non State Sector. Presently heads Chambers AP, a general practice catering to clients both in Fortune 500 (Global) and Fortune 100 (India). Aakash has represented companies and often their MDs/Directors , in corporate, commercial, labour and criminal disputes at the High Court of Judicature of Allahabad sitting at Lucknow. In over a decade, Aakash has gained experience in a wide range of disputes practice, including original and appellate, writ jurisdiction, tribunal and arbitration.
