• Successfully led the Hybrid Propulsion team in the design and testing of an engine, culminating in a successful hotfire test.• Managed four subteams: Propellant Manufacturing, Engine Testing, Avionics, and Safety, with a total of 20 students.• Oversaw all team logistics, including securing insurance for the hotfire test, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing the budget.
