-Study the major aspects of the assigned part of the project to understand scope of work.-Study of BOQ and technical specifications.-Study GFC drawings and prepare detailed planning for the assigned works in line with the base line schedule.-Oversee the handover process of finished areas, ensuring all works are completed to client satisfaction.- Finalize work sequence and organize work in line with targets and ensure productivity.- Ensure availability and understanding of (WMS) work method statement with the execution team and get mock up approved from the client / PMC wherever required.-focus of wastage reduction and housekeeping- prepare daily progress report & planning for next days work in advance.- Monitor & optimize repetitions of shuttering material.
