As business consultant for the assignment, Aakash was engaged to conceptualize, design and implement improved end-to-end business processes of various departments. The engagement involved study of mainstream processes, study of effort and resources required for efficient and effective service deliveries with zero impact on existing systems, operations and infrastructure.

Achieved cost savings of 19.3%.Carried out low cost country sourcing (including China, India) of Electrical Supplies for Europe based Wireless Communications Solutions & Automotive Software Solutions provider with a turnover of €180 million. Achieved cost savings of 40% on larger orders & 10% on smaller orders. Facilitated transportation services sourcing project worth $90 million for Fortune 100 organization. Achieved cost savings of 5 to 7 percent.Worked on various sourcing projects for forklifts, pallets, chemicals, etc. ranging from 30 to 50 million dollars.
