‐Independently drafted and managed over 100 Tender Option Bond (TOB) securitization transactions, averaging approximately $20 million each in underlying value for clients; tasks included drafting legal documents, organizing timely distributions, coordinating comments from various deal parties, assembling executed documents, and seeing each deal through to closing.‐Tracking and organizing deal documentation, incorporating changes to deal structure and comments from deal parties in documents turns, preparing legal opinions for execution, and assembling excited document for transcript distribution.‐Established and maintained relationships with clients, investors, legal counsels and various deal parties by responding to needs with speed and accuracy.
