As a Tier 2, I work as a hardware specialist to provide knowledge and resource to the support team. In my current role, I lead extensive internal training (developing labs to be completed by support and/or revising of products and technical support documentation for new and existing employees), handle escalations, work on various projects relating to the ongoing improvement of our products and collecting troubleshooting data, entering information into the company's support system and tracking the follow-up process.I am also responsible for expanding and maintaining communications between the support and engineering teams at Alarm.com.
