• Responsible for writing the database scripts (Functions, Stored Procedures) to Import the scan data to the database and compare the scan data against the master entitlement data to verify if users have all the software.
• Worked on the Post Assessment actions through sending User Queries using Mail Merge and Workflow and Follow-ups. This was needed to let users know if they need to uninstall any software from their machine because they.
