- On-site schedule consultant (for a General Contractor) for a $1BB+ commercial project for a high-tech client.- Work with the workstream leads (site & office) for schedule updates. Implement fragnets.- Critical path analysis & schedule variance analysis, schedule mitigation with the project leadership.- Prepare monthly schedule reports for the owner and trade partners.- Attend pull planning sessions. Facilitate schedule buy-in from the trade partners.

Major Paper Manufacturing Facility & WWTP Construction ($350MM+)► Estimating – Create schematic cost estimates for WWTP construction project to establish funding requirements.► Evaluate bid proposals/ procurement – Compare SOVs, create bid tabs and equalize line items on proposals from bidders. Exposure to negotiations and review of the project team, contract execution plans, and schedule.► Procurement – Analyze, prepare and enter requisitions and create reports from the SAP.► Scheduling – Create and manage P6 schedule including critical path activities and review schedule float/ variances for WWTP. Facilitate bi-weekly planning sessions with multiple contractors.► Change Order Management – Check for entitlement and create check estimates, saved $1MM+ (out of $9MM in change requests) by challenging pricing submitted by contractors. Review and steer analysis of complex claims from MEP contractors.► Cost Reports - Create monthly cost reports showing committed and forecast for the Estimate at Completion. Review reports with the senior management.► Benchmarking – Collect project data to create cost benchmarking database.► Review and audit invoices – Pay contractors based on progress (check % complete on AIA) and perform field checks/ validate backup information for unit rates and T&M contracts.► Earned Value Management – Create combined EV progress tracker for the overall project (~1.2 million man-hours) with 10+ prime contractors. Analyze and communicate the variance in schedule and cost performance against the plan, and propose mitigation plans to the management.► Progress Tracking – Build & update progress measurement trackers for masonry, siding, roofing, and steel. Create the start-up and commissioning systems turnover matrix. ► Progress photos - Take weekly pictures of the project site using DJI Phantom 4 drone.► Training – Train members of the project team with procedures and perform advanced data analysis in MS Excel.

CTR Joint Venture for the City of Chicago Department of Water Management► Lead the financial close-outs of Force Account projects for the Chicago Department of Water Management.► Create monthly cost reports, close-out reports and incentive reports presenting status updates to management and the client. Handle timely resolution of Force Account funds by prioritizing projects.► Analyze differences between the scope of work and work performed.► Determine the actual cost of work covering design, inspection, contractor invoices, labor, equipment and materials charges based on the inputs and paperwork from several cost tracking systems and departments.► Assist in developing the new process for tracking Force Account project costs to make the financial close-outs more efficient.

Used a total station to survey points on markers and measure the coordinates. These coordinates are used as ground truth to facilitate camera internal calibration and validation of results.
