PETSURE/GT Insurance (Global Transport) : Microsoft UPM+ specifically designed for Underwriting Insurance Agencies PETSURE and GT in Australia/New Zealand giving them the flexibility and agility to grow their business and benefit from measurable return on investment in Insurance domain.Providing support and maintenance of the UPM+ system by managing BAU activities, ad hoc reporting, tracking bugs and ensuring their timely resolution within SLA timeframes. Investigating the impact of newly identified operational needs, risks, and opportunities by performing relevant risk analysis for PetSure and GT. Assisting developers to build new functionalities and resolve bugs by writing code in Microsoft CAL language and SQL queries. Designing/Coding RDLC reports and Quote/Policy schedules in Microsoft UPM+ for Petsure and Global Tranpsort.

AML/CTF- Automating the SMR, TTR and IFTI reporting events of AMP Bank to AUSTRAC and capture submission statistic for governance and performance purpose. This compliance project resolved the problem of manual process by FCO analyst, minimum reconciliation and verification, increased data quality and eradicating manual errors in AUSTRAC reports by FCO analysts. Spark-SQL was used for transformation of data based on business logic, AWS infrastructure was utilized for storage and reporting purpose and the project was orchestrated using Airflow.Bank CronJobs Migration: Bank pre-built pipeline were migrated to serverless infrastructure and on demand EMR controlled by Airflow. Hive database was migrated to redshift, R studio was hosted on Sage maker for R jobs to trigger via R connect and integrated into Airflow. All Hive DDL and UNIX scripting was converted into redshift and airflow compatible version
