• Handling end to end logistics for Ahmed bin Ali stadium for FIFA world cup Qatar2022.• Providing logistics advice and support to the all-venue team. • Assisting the Logistics Lead to develop and implement Logistics operational plans, policies and procedures for allocated venue/s within time critical deadlines.• Managing venue resources, storage, vehicles and deliveries. • Working closely with the Warehouse to operate the logistics services at venues appropriately, consistently and in line with the overarching strategic plan. • Managing the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) on venue in coordination with relevant Q22 FA’s. • Responsible for management of Deputy Venue Logistics Managers, the whole LOG & Back of House team on venue.• Managing a flow of shipments from Warehouse and from local Vendors at the Stadium Following MDS Process during the Bump-in, Operational period and Bump-out Period.• Effectively communicating with all colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the Logistics Service.• Solving problems and make decisions independently without supervision.• Domestic Distribution and Transportation cost’s optimization.• Venue Logistics access plan management for delivery and collection vehicles.• Managing the LSP and ensure all project milestones, deadlines and KPIs are met.• Providing timelines and accurate reporting to senior management• Managing asset tracking (including CCG, kitchen utensils, consumables, ice, beverages and other stock), distribution in venue, setup/breakdown of spaces and return materials post event.• Maintaining a clean and safe work area on venue and ensure all Health & Safety standards, policies and procedures are adhered to• Meeting milestones and responsible for detailed operational planning, scheduling and training.• Responsible for and maintain up to date and accurate records, documentation and complete daily reports.
