•Perform physical and chemical tests (Moisture, color, Ash, Acidity PH, Sedimentationtest and Granulations) for raw wheat, flour and other products.•Perform Rheological tests which include the Falling Number and Glutens.•Conduct Calibration for Laboratory Devices.•Ensure that the product conforms with specifications and standard.

•Implement quality systems ( GMP, GHP, HACCP and ISO 22000) in the production area.•Monitor the manufacturing process (define the CPs&CCPs) for the product to maintain its safety and quality.•Receives raw materials and making sure they coincide with the required specifications and their validity period and making the required tests.•Following up the final product throughout its shelf life on the basis of sensory evaluation and pH value to make sure of its quality.•Draws samples from the production lines to make analytical tests like moisture and water activity for the products like Cake and Croissant during the production process in the production area.•Works inside the production area for the product quality control during all the stages of the industrial process, starting from the raw materials till reaching the final product, packing and packaging.•Supervision and follow up to make sure of application of all the requirements of GMP&GHP inside the production area.
