End to end project management involves in all aspects of the project lifecycle as defined by the PSI Group of companies, adhering to the ISO standards and policies.Experience in handling various projects for local and international clients. The summary of the projects as below.1.Several Secondary Transmission Substation projects both AIS & GIS with high nominal voltages (132kV, 275kV and 500kV) which primarily focusing on IEC 61850 implementation in TNB Grid System. The concept is to Integrate Substation Automation System (SAS) with all secondary equipment in substation based on three structure levels namely process level, bay level, and station level. Other scope is to supply of Control and Protection Panel with design of control, protection schemes and systems appropriate to the application from 11kV up to 500kV, factory assembly and wiring of designed system and system testing to the scheme drawing to verify the functions of equipment, manufacture, and design.2.Oil and Gas (Pipeline Leak Detection System Project) to EPC contract, package 3 DUQM Refinery, Oman.PSI as subsystem manufacturer provided Computational Pipeline Monitoring (CPM) technologies to crude oil pipeline to Duqm refinery, OMAN.3.SCADA Project to international clients ( Rwanda) to provide services such as an extension of existing SCADA, data engineering, updating National Control Centre SCADA Database (DB), Pt-to-Pt (point to point) test at substation site. 4.Trading projects such as supply of Instruments and other spare parts to Oil and Gas Pipeline Leak detection EPC Package 3, Duqm Refinery, Oman, and supply of secondary equipment to local client,TNB5.Software development project DOMS (Distributed Outage Management System) integration with Network Capacity Planning System (NCP) division, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).6.Software development project, database automation for SAIDI/SAIFI Automation ( Web Interface) to client in Kigali, Rwanda.
