Programs Supervisor
CurrentFocus on the success, oversite, training and coordination of FIND’s Ending Hunger for a Lifetime programs. The Programs Supervisor works with the Community Impact Team to manage relationshipswith partner agencies and programs in assigned counties, assist communities in learning about foodinsecurity and identifying underserved populations, evaluate the effectiveness of current community efforts and support or recommend the community’s response to food insecurity by engaging the community with the Regional Food Bank and other related services and supports. The ProgramsSupervisor leads and manages the Ending Hunger for a Lifetime programs: OpportunityBank, Workforce Development, Financial Literacy, Youth Advisory Council and Higher Educationinitiatives and partnerships with targeted populations. The Programs Supervisor supports strategicefforts to effectively address emergency food needs as well as the root causes of food insecurity.
