Hello, I'm Alina, a Romanian which grew up around Europe and matured over the past 10 years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I'm continuously pursuing innovation, experience design & human behavior change. I'm most focused on improving people's experiences, as they engage with the world around them through services.I combine hands-on tools & methods from different fields such as Ethnography, Service Design, Experience Design, Systems Thinking, Strategic Thinking and Innovation to design new or improve existing services and systems that are engaging, fulfilling & impactful.My interest also leans towards capability building and training in Service Design and Innovation Labs, therefore I have got the Service Design Network certification. My intent is always to leave behind, in any organisation I get to work with, some champions that are vibrant and cultivated in innovation, creativity and service design, which can pass on their knowledge and bring the much needed change.Outside of work you can find me spending time with my little family and friends, doing motherly chores, advocating sustainability, traveling & photographing, or simply enjoying a cup of tea while browsing for news, reading or watching a movie.
