He holds a bachelor's degree from KOU School of Electrical Engineering. A.Ali ŞEN also completed Marmara University Mecatronics Programs in 2007. Between the years 2006 and 2008, he attended Siemens Academy Industrial Automation, Machinery, Robotics and Business Management Certificate Programs.During his career he took several management positions in Genesis Automation, Otes Electronics. And also he worked as a academician in NanoMedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center at Gazi University. ( Responsible for Robotics & Mechatronics Laboratory )In December 2010 A.Ali ŞEN decided to start his own business and cofounded “Intecro Robotics A.Ş", which is one of the most respected Industrial Robotics, Machine and Industrial Technology companies in Turkey. Sen worked in the occupational health research commission of The Grand National Assembly of Turkey. He mentioned the positive effects of mechanization on worker health for the first time in this commission. Following this study, machinery and automation solutions were published for the first time as a state report. (2008-2010)And also Sen participated in state workshops in ministry of industry and technlogy , ministry of development and ministry of defense Sen has made a job description of the robotics operator for the first time in Turkey.This definition was accepted as the national occupational standards by the relevant institutions and ministries of the Republic of Turkey.Beyond his keynote speaker and career consultant , he is also Instructor of "Robotics, Digital Transformation, Future Technologies, Learning, Innovation, Entrepreneurship" in Robot Terbiyecisi Program in Egitisim Club.
