Basic Physics to 1st year undergrads Supervising four Bachelor student’s Final Year Projects.Monitored students’ comprehension of the subject and adjusted teaching and testing techniques in relation to the students’ individual and collective needs. Relating course content with the student’s individual interests, and making it convenient for them to understand it, irrespective of their age, gender or social and cultural backgrounds.Assessing and marking students’ performance in line with the laid out assessment criteria. Summing up students’ strengths and weaknesses and pointing out areas requiring further improvement. Achievements: Developed a course module on Biophysics to be started in the next year as part of 4 year BS program. Developed a lab module on X-ray diffraction technique, currently being conducted in our lab. Convened seminar on Biomimetics with Prof Dr Ille Gebeshuber as Speaker on her work titled “What is a Physicist doing in a Jungle”. Attended 2 conferences and presented work on Crystallography and Atmospheric science Published 5 research papers based on the current research work Completed course contents in time and conducted in-class evaluations and final examination having direct bearing upon the course work and students’ needs.

My main responsibility was to set up a TIRFM (Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence Microscope) for the study of quantitative structure-activity relationship between calculated properties of molecules and their experimentally determined biological activity. Moreover, I had been involved in the tracking analysis of vesicles in cell culture, calculation of collision angles between actin filaments and determining the residence time of actin filaments while moving on myosin by using GMimPro, ImageJ, and Matlab)
