• Assist up to three stylists with daily tasks, which include but are not limited to: o Wash, blow, style clients’ hair o Mix and or apply permanent/ semi-permanent color o Sterilize, organize and put away tools and other general cleaning duties o Schedule and maintain salon’s client book and appointments o Maintain social media following, accounts, and trends for marketing and promotion purposes.

• Professionally and politely greet everyone with a smile and answer all questions or concerns. • Provide administrative support to driving instructor by completing day to day operations such as: o answering incoming phone calls, providing superior customer service, and maintaining accurate records of the online driving schedules, student certificates, and all paperwork required by the appropriate state’s Department of Motor Vehicles.• Contact the appropriate state’s department of motor vehicle to verify certificate mailing status.

• Greet, and maintain communication with long-term clients and leads.• Screen and route phone calls via Avaya switch board• Carry out general day to day office operations which include but are not limited to o General filing o Schedule and prepare proper accommodations for meetings o Maintain office inventory (paper, staples, ink etc.)
