Key achievements are as follows:• Delivered a s106 agreement with a developer to secure a £1.5m contribution to upgrade Walthamstow station • Engaged with a wide stakeholder group to lead an outcome definition workshop for High St. Kensington station• Sponsored the delivery of a feasibility study for Northwood station working alongside JV Partners• Negotiated with RBKC to fund a feasibility study for HSK and sponsored its delivery ahead of s106 discussions• Coach two members of staff, supporting their development and future aspirations • Work closely with Commercial Development to protect LU’s interest in projects which interface with LU stations
