As the Coordinator for the Baby and Me program at Martha’s Table, a nonprofit organization based in Washington DC, I am dedicated to supporting pregnant and postnatal mothers from Ward 8, one of the city's most underserved communities. My role encompasses managing both the program's budget and operations, ensuring we deliver comprehensive services tailored to the specific needs of the families we serve. Leveraging strong interpersonal skills, I excel in connecting with participants, offering them empathy, support, and guidance.
