I'm a data-driven, public health communications leader who commands the power of storytelling to build strategic partnerships, and establish brand identity and alignment across organizations. In my role at the Illinois Public Health Institute (IPHI), I design, develop and deliver tailored communications to support programs that advnace health and racial equity. With a background in rural health and Reproductive Justice research, my approach integrates academic insight with practical strategies.My expertise in brand management, social media marketing and public relations, honed during political advocacy and health equity initiatives, enhances the Illinois Public Health Institute's mission to tell impactful stories. These narratives not only shape public discourse but also drive tangible change, reflecting my commitment to amplifying voices within the Black, LGBTQ+ and rural populations.In addition to this work, I identify processes to increase the productivity of project management software, including Microsoft products and Asana, to build workflows that increase communications and transparency.
