Attended meetings with Student Advisers, solicitors and clients during which I took notes to assist with writing advice letters to clients.

Rapidly adapted to a new environment with a team of over 25 people in order to help maximisesales and provide quality customer service during the Christmas peak

I started this role as a Summer Temp Sales Assistant, but was promoted to Keyholder/Supervisor. The basics of the role included visual merchandising, stockroom and inventory work, till transactions and customer service. After being promoted to a senior role I took on more tasks and responsibilities which included: cash management, lone trading and covering other stores in the district.

Spent 2 days in the office per week assisting solicitors and trainees with administrative work which included bundling, photocopying, legal drafting and filing
