I recently moved to Tempe, Arizona now as a second-year student at the W.P. Carey School of Business. I am currently employed as a server at a local restaurant in my hometown. I am now searching for a full-time position in the Tempe/Phoenix/Scottsdale area.I previously did work for All States Capital Group for my mentor Javier Hinojo who is the owner and founder of the company. He spent a year mentoring me along with a number of teenagers close to my age to give us experience in the Multifamily Real Estate industry. I learned how to underwrite properties, communicate with brokers, and conduct property searches that fit the criteria we were looking for at the time. I am eager to learn new things and find my passion in business and what it means to me. I have experience in retail, food, and customer service, and basic knowledge of real estate. I am currently located in the Tempe area and would love to connect:)
