USThing is a student-developed, all-in-one mobile app that aims at providing a more convenient access to IT services offered by The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) for all students. The app helps students easily access HKUST systems such as Facilities Booking System (FBS), Student Information System (SIS), Library Room Booking system and the Career Center Job Board, and provides tools that facilitate students’ learning experiences including next lesson notification, calculation of GPA goals, Common Core course search and matching of students’ timetables to find common time slots for group projects and meetings.

- Created a mobile application for the company including authorization credentials, linking to back-end systems and following given UI/UX designs using react.js, react-native and axios. Also did front-end web development for a few web pages.- Created a web application using ReactJS, D3.js and Firebase that generates adjustable charts based on user input and allows to design a dashboard easily.

Created the prototype of a portable launcher for a hand glider which effectively measures the angle of projection and the force with which it is projected. Organized a lecture series for the same at GIIS Queenstown.
